R. E. Brokerage Professional Ethics **
     

**  The R. E. Brokerage Professional Ethics Curriculum is 2.5 hours and meets the requirements for REALTOR® Code of Ethics Training of the           National Association of REALTORS® that must be completed every 4 years (the forth 4-year cycle ends December 31, 2016).
The maximum of 2 Continuing Education Credits are available for the renewal of your Real Estate License.

  * 12 hour one-day courses are held on Saturdays......8:00 am - 8:30 pm (1/2 hour for lunch).

The following 6 programs will be covered:

Seller Agency, Buyer Agency, Dual Agency, Fair Housing, Understanding Title & Title Concerns, R. E. Brokerage Professional Ethics.

The all day courses are only available for the full 12 hours (6 programs)......programs can not be attended individually.

Continuing Education Classes

The Greater Brockton Real Estate Institute is a state authorized school.

You’ll receive certified Continuing Education credit for the Renewal of your Real Estate License.  You must be present for the entire program to receive a certificate.  For more information on Certification Requirements click here .

All classes are held at the Tri-County Board of REALTORS® Office.  We’re located in Stoughton on Route 138.  For directions to the Board Office, click here.
