There are 2 types of primary REALTOR® membership:
A real estate firm must have a Designated REALTOR® member of the Board in order for licensees affiliated with the firm
to join. There is only one Designated REALTOR® member for each firm. All other licensees apply for REALTOR® membership.
Designated REALTOR® Membership
Each firm shall
designate in writing one REALTOR® Member who shall be
responsible for all duties and obligations of Membership including the obligation to arbitrate pursuant to Article 17 of the
Code of Ethics and the payment of Board dues. The “Designated REALTOR®” must be a sole proprietor, partner, corporate officer
or branch office manager acting on behalf of the firms principal(s) and must meet all other qualifications for REALTOR® Membership.
REALTOR® Membership
Individuals who are actively
engaged in the real estate profession, who is a sole proprietor, partner, corporate officer, branch office manager of
a real estate firm, or are associated either as an employee or as an independent contractor with a Designated REALTOR® Member of the Board, and must maintain a current, valid
real estate broker’s or salesperson’s license or be licensed or certified by an appropriate state regulatory agency
to engage in the appraisal of real estate.

There is a one-time application fee of $100, in addition and not accredited to the annual dues.
The annual dues are pro-rated. The application and current fees may be
