from MAR with Form Simplicity. The forms are customized
for Massachusetts REALTORS® and because the forms are web-based, they can be accessed
from anywhere. Some

Real Estate Forms available from MAR Mass Forms™ are Real Estate contracts and forms commonly used by real estate brokers to complete residential and land
transactions in Massachusetts. Each standard form undergoes
an annual review by a team of attorneys and industry practitioners, making them among the most current and legally sound documents
in the industry. Forms are available online as well as on CD-Rom and hard-copy formats. Members of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® receive substantial savings of up to 50% off most MassForms™. Electronic
Forms are available from three different vendors. Current vendors are ZipForm, TrueForms & InstanetForms.
State Mandated Forms: A copy of all state mandated
forms can be acquired for free from the agency that requires it. For your convenience, we have provided them here. Copies may be made of these forms, but they can
