Year 2007
Congratulations to Christopher J. Layton, who was chosen as the 2007 REALTOR® of the Year for the Tri-County Board.
Chris has been a REALTOR® since 2002 and is the owner of Layton Real Estate, LLC in Stoughton. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Eastern Nazarene College
and joined the real estate industry after 30 years in a sales and marketing career in the high technology industry.
He currently serves as a Director of the Tri-County Board of REALTORS®. He also serves on the Program Committee and Finance Commitee. He
was President of the Board in 2006 and served as MAR Director.
In the past five years he's acquired the following designations:
GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute), CRS (Certified Residential
Specialist), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and RECS (Real Estate Cyberspace
Society). He's currently working on his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment
Member) designation.
Chris is a member of the Realty Guild, a select group of local and independently owned real estate
offices. His career selling real estate is committed to a balance of strong client
relationships and using the latest industry technologies to manage business, communicating more effectively with clients and
marketing thier homes innovatively. His goal is better service, top dollar for
his clients, and less stress & inconvenience for everyone involved.
He's appeared on local TV talk shows and radio. He
has strived to improve the image, reputation and contributions that REALTORS® can
make to the community.
He lives in Stoughton with his wife Jeanne and their two children.

REALTOR® of the
Year 2006
Wayne F. Oliver was chosen
as 2006 REALTOR® of the Year for the Tri-County Board.
Wayne has been a REALTOR® since
1989. He currently serves as a Director of the Tri-County Board of REALTORS® and
also serves on the Finance Committee. He was President of the Board in 2005 and served as MAR Director.
Wayne is the owner of RE/MAX Advanced in West Bridgewater,
which he opened in 1991.
In community service, he has participated in several programs
including: a Coat Drive, a Thanksgiving Food Drive, Toys for Tots Drive and Park Day for West Bridgewater. He's
a member of the Metro South Chamber of commerce and was jailed for the Muscular Dystrophy Drive.

| Rick Tobias, 2005 ROTY |
REALTOR® of the
Year 2005
Richard S. Tobias was chosen
as 2005 REALTOR® of the Year for the Tri-County Board.
Rick has been a REALTOR® since 1994 and currently
serves as a Director of the Tri-County Board of REALTORS®. He also
serves on the Professional Standards Committee and the Grievance Commitee. He
was President of the Board in 2004 and served as MAR Director.
Rick is owner of Century 21 Access Properties, with offices in Canton,
Stoughton
and Westwood. He's also Vice President of Century 21 Broker Council of Eastern
Massachusetts.
From 2001 to 2004, Rick hosted 'Real Estate Today', a 2 hour radio talk
show dealing with issues relating to the real estate industry, which included call-ins and guests. The show played on
Brockton's AM station 1460 WBET.
In community service, Rick was involved in the establishment of the Century
21 / Easter Seals Home Run Derby, raising thousands of dollars to benefit Easter Seals throughout Eastern
Massachusetts.
He also established an annual College Scholarship to assist graduating
Seniors from Canton and Stoughton
attending a four year college or university. The scholarship has been presented
in both communities for the 3rd year.
He supported and worked with agents form Century 21 Access Properties
in the establishment of their Support Our Troops Campaign, sending supplies to our troops serving in Iraq
and Afghanistan.
Rick has 7 children and currently lives in Franklin with his wife Cheryl.

| Bob Simmons, 2004 ROTY |
REALTOR® of the
Year 2004
Robert Simmons was chosen
as the 2004 REALTOR® of the Year.
Bob has been a REALTOR®
since 1983. He currently serves as Director of the Tri-County Board and serves on the Professional
Standards Committee. He was President of the Board in 2000 and served as MAR Director.
Bob is co-owner of Premier
Properties GMAC Real Estate, with offices located in Easton, Raynham, Brockton, Bridgewater
and Falmouth. He also runs a real estate school.
He believes in ethical
and good real estate practice, and encourages all of his associates to be involved in Board activities.
His community services
include raising funds for youth organizations in Raynham. He and his real estate firm also hold Christmas drives for Toys
for Tots and the Brockton Visiting Nurses Association.
Bob has participated
as coach in several youth programs for baseball, basketball and soccer. He was President and Director of Raynham Youth
Soccer. He's also a Director at Edgewood Tennis Club in Raynham.
He has 3 children and
currently lives in Raynham with his wife Noel.

| Joe Delaney, 2003 ROTY |
REALTOR® of the
Year 2003
Joseph Delaney III was chosen
as the 2003 REALTOR® of the Year.
Joe has been a REALTOR®
since 1972, and served as President of the Tri-County Board of REALTORS®. He is a Mediation Officer
and Chairman of the Grievance Committee. He is also past President of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
On the state level, Joe
is MAR Director for the Tri-County Board, a member of MAR Government Affairs Commitee and was MAR Vice President of Legal
Affairs.
On the national level,
Joe was a NAR Director from 1988 to 1995 and a member of NAR Urban Affairs.
He has attended over
20 NAR meetings in Washington D.C., as well as many NAR conventions.
In the REALTOR®
Spirit, Joe has spoken at many First Time Home Buyer seminars and made radio guest appearances on Brockton radio stations. He was also a MAR spokesperson on Channel 4 for a WBZ rent control
debate.
His community services
include being a Fundraiser for Brockton Hospice, the American Cancer Society and the Lupus Foundation. He's been a Director
of Hospice of Boston/Brockton since 1981 and is a Director for Brockton Visiting Nurses. He volunteers for Milton election/polls and the Boston College Telethon.
Joe is the manager
of the RE/MAX Landmark, REALTORS® office in Westwood. He currently lives in Milton
with his wife Joanne.
